We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To start a return, simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return.

For the safety and integrity of our products, returns must be in unopened and unused condition—unless your Luma experience didn’t meet expectations. Approved returns will be refunded in full to your original form of payment.
